Chocolate-Raspberry Coffee Cake (Vegan)

This coffee cake is so good, it's hard to believe it's vegan. This recipe comes from Isa Does It by Isa Moskowitz.

Ingredients

For the topping:

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil

For the cake:

  • 1 cup Oat milk (or any nondairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
