Ingredients
Sift together in a medium size bowl:
1 1/2 cupscake flour
1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupgranulated sugar
Make 3 holes in mixture and add:
1tablespoonvanilla
1tablespoonvinegar
1/3cupCanola oil
Pour over this:
1cupcold water
Instructions
Mix well with a whisk until smooth. Batter will be very thin. Pour into ungreased 8-inch by 8-inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan. Enjoy!
For MUFFINS: Pour into paper lined muffin tins, about 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Test with cake tester after 20 minutes and cook until tester comes out clean. Cool on rack and enjoy!
