Using Floss to Cut Dough

by 1 Comment

Floss TipWhen making rolls that need to be sliced, like cinnamon rolls, a knife doesn’t always cut it.  Try using dental floss. With a serrated knife, make a slight slit in the dough to mark each slice.  Then slide the floss under the roll, crossing the ends, and pull each in the opposite direction.   Slices will be perfectly formed without being flattened by the pressure of a knife.
