Double Duty Cutting Board

2 Sided Cutting Board

Let your cutting board do double duty.  Have one side designated for onion and garlic, which tends to leave a distinct odor on the board, and have the reverse side for fruits and vegetables.  That way your fruits and vegetables won’t ever pick up the scent of onion or garlic.  I like my little pig cutting board which, when looking to the right is onion and looking to the left is everything else.
