Rice Vinegar

by Leave a Comment

Rice Vinegar You may not be aware but there are many rice vinegars out there that contain high amounts of sugar and sodium.  Be sure to look at the label and stay away from Seasoned Rice Vinegar which has added sodium and sugar.  I like Marukan (organic) for its flavor and it can readily be found in most markets.
