Freshly Ground Cardamom

by Leave a Comment

Cardamom Tip

Ground cardamom is used in many baked goods and has an enticing aroma. To try to break open the pods and remove the tiny seeds is tedious and time consuming.  Try grinding the whole pods in a spice grinder and then sift through a fine mesh strainer.  The pods are left behind and you end up with freshly ground cardamom.
