Stock Ice Cubes

by 1 Comment

Stock Ice Cubes

When you make stock or even have an open box on hand, it’s not always possible to use it up before it expires.  Try pouring some into an ice cube tray and freeze.  Each cube is about one ounce.  Once frozen, transfer to a ziplock bag and the next time you need a little stock for a sauce, you can throw in a few cubes.
