Danish Dough Whisk (13.5-inch)

by 1 Comment

Danish Dough WhiskWhen using an electric mixer to make quick breads and muffins, it is easy to over mix the ingredients and end up with a tough and somewhat chewy product.   The Danish Dough Whisk is great for mixing dry and wet ingredients together when making quick breads and muffins because it helps prevent over mixing the batter.  You only mix the ingredients until you can see no more dry flour.  The whisk comes in two sizes but I have never found a need for the small one.

Looks like a great utensil to add to my kitchen! Where can I buy it?
