Freezing Quick Breads

by Leave a Comment

Wax Paper Divider TipWhen freezing quick breads, try slicing beforehand rather than freezing the loaf whole. Just separate each slice with a piece of wax paper to keep the slices from sticking together.  Then the next time you have guests over or you just want a piece to enjoy with afternoon tea, you won’t have to take out the whole loaf.
