Measuring Honey

by Leave a Comment

Measuring HoneyMeasuring honey can be a sticky task.  When pouring the honey it usually clings to the measuring cup or spoon making it difficult to get it all.  Try spraying or wiping the measuring tool with a little oil. Then when you pour the honey it will flow easily leaving very little if any behind.  If you are making a recipe that calls for honey and oil, measure the oil first and then the honey and it will pour right out.
